The Space

Our historic Trinity Home is over 100 years old and full of bright charm. The modern amenities make it a perfect mix of old and new.

The home is 700 sq ft. The third floor is the master bedroom with a queen sized bed. The second floor is the additional room with a fold down full sized bed. The first floor houses the kitchen.

Guest Access

There is free street parking on Montrose street and the lot at the end of the block - no permit is required. Additional parking is available on surrounding blocks, but guests should check for permit signs.

Guests have access to WiFi and the 39" flat screen TV with Chromecast and HDMI inputs. Guests will need smartphones and their own Netflix/HBO/HULU accounts to access these services.

Guests may use the kitchen and all its amentities.

Guests should use the under-cabinet fridge next to the range in the kitchen for all of their perishables and chilled food and drinks. Guests are also welcome to use the larger fridge and freezer located in the basement if needed, but the music studio is off limits.

Interaction with Guests

We may or may not be present to greet at check-in and check-out but will always be available by phone and email throughout your stay.

The Neighborhood

The Hawthorne / Bella Vista neighborhood is teeming with delicious restaurants and bars, the famous 9th street Italian Market, and is a quick walk to the birthplace(s) of the Philadelphia Cheesteak.

The neighborhood is also home to East Passyunk Avenue - which made it onto Food and Wine Magazine's "Best Foodie Streets in America" list.

The neighborhood also includes numerous pocket parks and green spaces, and is just a few blocks away from South Street, Center City, and Old City where you can find lively night life, incredible shopping, and many of America's historic landmarks and museums.

Getting Around

The easy to use Subway system is a 5 minute walk from the home. Additionally, there are numerous bus lines that virtually run past your doorstep. Hailing a taxi or grabbing an Uber car is extremely simple as well.

Other Things to Note

The home is antique and therefore all hardwood floors and windows are original and period correct.
