Cozy remodeled condo in the heart of Mammoth. Located on the bottom floor across from the pool, private balcony & plenty of on site parking. You will have full access to condo and common areas, coin operated laundry is located directly across from unit, pool is open seasonally and hot tub is open year round.
Short walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, shops, movie theater, bike paths or hop on the free shuttle that's just a block away and you are less than a mile to the Village Gondola.

The space
Cozy 1 BR, 1BA condo fully loaded with everything you need. 42" TV with DVD, Netflix and Prime TV. King size bed in bedroom and full sofa sleeper in living room. Nice size bathtub so you can soak those tired bones after a long day of adventure.

****PLEASE**** if you use the fold down couch, please use the provided sheets. Please keep children from jumping on the bed. Thank you. 😊

Please note…. During winter months the pool is drained due to the amount of snow.

There is a security camera mounted at the front door outside entrance for your safety and ours. This listing has a NO PET policy.

Guests pay the 16% TOT tax after booking. Taxes Must be paid prior to check-in. TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) is a mandatory Tax that is paid to the town of Mammoth, all short term rentals including hotels have to charge TOT.
Check out is at 10am unless otherwise discussed between parties. Every hour after 10am will be charged $40/hr. We have housecleaners that are on a tight schedule and need to turn the condo over for the next guests.
Immediately after booking, please check your email for an email from August Home.... it will provide you with instructions on how to download and link your reservation to the August App. If you prefer an access code to the app you use with your smartphone, please message us.
This is a family structured condo community, quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. ABSOLUTELY ZERO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT...not even by the door, with it cracked. If you have the need to smoke, please do so with the door shut.

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: the back porch is strictly off limits due to severe structural damage due to snow this past season.

Please keep door shut in the winter if you have the heat going. Space heaters are located in the closet. If you leave please turn gas fireplace down to 65° and please do not use fireplace to dry wet snow gear.... electric oil heaters are in the closet.
***PLEASE DO NOT PLACE CUSHIONS OR PILLOWS NEAR FIREPLACE. ***
Once you check in please place parking pass (on hook in kitchen) on your rear view mirror and replace upon checkout. If one is not present please see manager in unit 32 (very front of complex downstairs)

*** PER OUR HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION:
“Vehicles need to be moved after a significant snowstorm. "Significant" can be interpreted many ways. If the snow is too deep to shovel then move your vehicle so the loader can clear the lot.” There is a snow shovel located on the back deck and the managers in unit 32 also have some to borrow but need to be returned after use.

My work: Kern County Fire Department
My wife Jen and I own a small 20 acre ranch located near the southern tip of the Sequoia National Forest. Our ranch is filled with orchards, goats, chickens, a pig names Stella, ducks, geese, peacocks, dogs and cats. I am a helicopter pilot for the fire department and Jen owns a goat milk soap and skin care business. Mammoth is one of our most favorite frequented places to visit so we finally took the plunge and got us a little slice of Mammoth heaven.
