You will love your stay at the Petite Resort. Close to everything this charming home is set in a nicely landscaped yard filled with large mature trees. Enjoy swimming in the pool or soaking in the 10 person hot tub at night while looking at the stars while family & friends relax on a over sized screen in and 4 seasons porch over looking the beautiful yard & pool. Optional 1 br. 1 ba. apartment sleeps 4 for an extra 325 per night. Great home for multi generational gatherings over the holidays!

Eastport Causal Coastal Charmer. Quite elegance is perfect for a relaxed vacation. Home offers a first floor bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Huge 4 season screened porch over looks the pool and garden. Huge kitchen with 5 person island bar overlooking great room. Welcoming enclosed front porch to watch the world go by. Out door grills, picnic area, 2 person covered swing and 10 person hot tub help make this a perfect vacation retreat all the while being steps away to great restaurants, shopping and a short stroll into the Historic Downtown Annapolis Waterfront.
Near by water taxis can take you on a tour of the harbor and deliver you right to city dock for more dining, shopping and entertainment. Optional 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment that can sleep 4 for an extra 325 per night. Great home for year round multi generational holiday gatherings!

Please Note that your safety during your vacation is of the utmost importance and I wanted to reassure you that my house which maintains a 5 star sparkling clean rating has achieved that rating by following the CDC’s cleaning guidelines which I have included below. What makes The Petite Resort so special is that it really is a vacation at home for onsite fun and relaxation.Lots of restaurants for delivery or pick up if you wish to stay in. Lot’s of
games for all ages and best yet the huge screened porch for looking out over the pool and listening to the birds sing. Walking around town is fun and water activities are wonderful with the fresh air.Every room has its own TV and DVR if you want to just enjoy a lazy morning. Rest assure that you will find out that my home is one of the safest, funniest and happiest places to enjoy quality family and friend time.
1. Please note that 95% of all floors are sold surface and our window treatments are
plantation shutters, wood blinds and verticals that get wiped down along will
windows and windowsills with CDC approved antibacterial cleaning supplies as listed
below for all surfaces and furniture.
2. Soft furniture is largely covered with washable slips covers and is washed regularly
with Lysol Laundry Sanitizer Additive.
3. All bedding has duvets and are all washed every time with a Lysol Laundry Sanitizer
Additive.
Pool and hot tub are serviced after each guest. If there is a problem or concern during
your stay the pool service company will come out to service any issues. Hot tub test strip and other hot tub supplies are in pantry to add as needed due to heavy use during your stay. My cleaning crew has cleaned my home for over 10 years. Evelyn and her ladies are the very best in the business and below is the standard that they clean to as per the CDC guidelines for best practices.
They Wear disposable gloves when cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. Gloves should bediscarded after each cleaning. If reusable gloves are used, those gloves should be
dedicated for cleaning and disinfection of surfaces for COVID-19 and should not be used for other purposes. Consult the manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning and disinfection products used. Clean hands immediately after gloves are removed.
If surfaces are dirty, they should be cleaned using a detergent or soap and water prior to disinfection. For disinfection, diluted household bleach solutions, alcohol solutions with at least 70% alcohol, and most common EPA-registered household disinfectants should be effective.

Bernie and her husband Eric of 38 years have either lived or been coming to Annapolis on their families boats from the early 1970's, from a young age we both loved the casual coastal lifestyle of Annapolis especialy Eastport. We can walk to the boat, dinner, tennis, pickel ball, basketball, kayaking and so much more. Bernie and Eric have been in Real Estate and Construction for over 30 years, prior to that Eric served in the Army as a pilot and Bernie had a import/export business. While living in Germany besides non stop traveling they also started their family of two sons David and John who both after returning to the USA grew up to love the water lifestyle and sports that Annapolis and Eastport had to offer. Our family loves it here and hope you and yours will too!
