Welcome to the Upper East Side! This safe, clean, quiet community vibe neighborhood is amazing. We are located 3 buildings (2 minutes walk) from the brand new express Q subway line, and less than 10 minutes from the 4, 5,6.
This homey bedroom is your home away from home in the busy city. Come and go as you please. Use of refrigerator and cooking supplies. 4 blocks from Central Park and museum row, and off 2nd Ave with restaurants and bars. Recommended for one guest, cozy for a couple.

This cozy bedroom has a like-new full sized bed, goose down duvet, large closet (with many hangers), plenty of under bed storage and a 5-drawer dresser, shoe rack.
Should you be warm, there is a window A/C unit for your comfort and optional fan. The location is very quiet with little to no street or building noise.

Relax on the couch or plan your day on the living room table. Feel free to use the refrigerator or shelving space.

There is a small blow dryer and cabinet space in the bathroom for your toiletries.

Note: This is located on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Guests are free to relax in living room or use the kitchen freely. There is a refrigerator shelf and additional shelving available for any food you'd like to store

During your stay
During the week, I’m out pretty early for work and return around 7pm. However I’m happy to get you as set up as possible with maps and information about the city. Also available by email, text, whatsapp etc should you have any additional questions or help. Also enjoy chatting over wine.

Other things to note
This cozy room is best for 1 person. Couples are welcome as long as they don't mind being close

This is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. You will get your steps in :)

The Upper East Side is lively, safe neighborhood filled with a lot of young families. There is a lot to do, but also calms down on the earlier side creating a quieter environment at night. No noise issues here.
5 minute walk to Morton Williams or Fairway grocery stores and pharmacies
Citi Bike share docks located 1 or 3 blocks away
