Domus Victoria is the perfect choice for guests that require all the comforts of a Hotel, but also need the privacy, the warmth and the special attention that only a family run place can offer.
Situated in the heart of Rome, a few steps away from the main train station, 20 meters away from a subway stop and walking distance from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, Domus Victoria is the ideal location for the independent traveller ready to discover the Ethernal City.
The guesthouse has 5 rooms furnished with a home-feel style and with en-suite bathrooms: each room has an electronic safe, a minibar, TV and ceiling fan ( no air-con). Wifi is included in the price and for those who do not want the extra weight of bringing a laptop, we offer a computer corner for free ( only when reception is open).
Typical italian breakfast is included in the price ( cappuccino & croissant) and it is served at a downstairs cafè. But in each room guests will also find a boiler for coffee and tea and a little snack to start their day before going down to the cafè.
City Tax are not included in room rates and are 2 euro per person per night.
We are a guesthouse so we don't live in. Check ins are flexible but need to be arranged, so please get in touch with us a couple of days before your arrival.
We ask all guests to be "noise considerate" to assure everybody a nice and relaxing stay.

Giorgia met me at guesthouse, the room was nice and tidy, very spacious. The staff was nice and helpful, 10 minutes walk from Termini train station.
Unfortunately we didn't stay in Giorgia's B&B.
Due to overbooking Giorgia's assistant brought us to Hotel Casali ((website hidden)_Review-g187791-d650601-Reviews-Hotel_Casali-Rome_Lazio.html) near the train station.
BnB was well located next to Roma Termini. Although it does not seem like the best neighborhood in town, it is very accessible. Metro station is right in the corner and we almost walked everywhere. We didn't actually stay at Duomo but in a neighbor BnB on the same building. The employees are very friendly and we felt like home. It was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
This place is an absolute sham! We felt cheated at every level during our stay.
First of all, when we reached the place, the receptionist at Domus took us to another building saying that we have our rooms in a different building. On reaching there, we found out that he had just passed us on to another guest house called 'Magic Inn'. He left us at the new guest house's reception and absconded from the scene. This was a totally different guest house than what I had booked and I, for sure, wasn't expecting that.
The room was very different and smaller than the room that I had booked. The drain in the shower room was blocked and was cleaned after 1 day. The wi-fi was almost non-existent and the whole room had a very claustrophobic feel.
Our room was in a 3 room apartment with construction work going on in the hallway. That meant that if we wanted to rest in our rooms during the day, we had to endure heavy drilling sounds.
I could not find anybody at the reception after the first meeting and nobody was picking up on the contact number given. No breakfast was served even though I had paid for it.
All in all, this is nothing but duping mechanism. Run as far away from them as possible.
