This is a well-connected, designer factory loft with all of your most-coveted modern comforts and amenities.
ENJOY ARTS AND CULTURE:
The apartment is located in the artistic neighborhood of East Williamsburg / Bushwick. This is a safe community known for its booming creative culture. There are many artist studios and art galleries here. We have a wonderful natural market (open 24hrs), and also 2 larger general grocery stores, coffee shop, and literally dozens of excellent bars and restaurants all within immediate walking distance. I'll give you a list of my favorites.
The loft is a three minute walk from the L train which runs 24 hrs a day. Access many of the most desirable areas for sightseeing in Manhattan even without connecting to a second train, i.e. The Villages, Lower East Side, Chelsea, Nolita, Alphabet City, and more...
INSIDE THE L:
The space fits six adults comfortably with plenty of living space to share. We have two private bedrooms, and the large, open living room has a third platform, queen-sized bed. Use it for lounging or a sleep space.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
I meet all of my guests when they first arrive. I give them a good introduction to the neighborhood with a iPad guided tour. I am an arts curator and my partner is a musician, so we usually have a line on some events and performances that visitors otherwise would never learn about. If guests' interests coincide, I may invite them out during their stay to various cultural arts activities.
From time to time, I may need to stop by the loft to perform maintenance or to pick up supplies for maintenance of another space. I will email/text my guests before I stop by to see what might be a convenient time to visit. They do not have to be there, but can be, if they wish.
In the case that a guest does not respond to communication attempts, after waiting a reasonable amount of time, I may choose to enter the loft without their permission. Although, I will always make every effort to preserve the privacy of my guests during their stay, the reservation agreement does not at any point override my right to enter the property at my discretion.

There is no smoking inside the loft or building hallways.
No Parties without advance consent of your host.
Quiet after 11pm.
Lock deadbolt each time you leave the apt.
Notify of any damage or maintenance requests immediately via phone or email.
Do not rearrange art or furniture without specific permission from your host in advance of moving. If damage occurs rearranging furniture, charges may be deducted from the security deposit.
Depose of trash in trash bins provided. Empty trash to the bins in the hallway when full. Do not collect recyclables in piles in the floor. Keep all trash or recycling within plastic bags.
Cover all food properly with plastic, foil or within a plastic container. (Even those items placed within the fridge should be covered). Wash cookware after use.
Wash and put away all dishes.
Strip beds and place all used linens and towels in the laundry bin.
Place any remaining trash in the bin and take it out.
Your cleaning fee covers a 2 hour basic cleaning and laundry. Overages will be added to your account and deducted from security deposit.
FILMING + PHOTOGRAPHY
Unauthorized photography or filming in the apartment or on the building premises is strictly forbidden.
If the opportunity to film or photograph is desired, the guest must request formal permission in writing in advance of the reservation period. Any such agreements may be accompanied by specific fees, deposits, and additional regulations regarding crew member registration and permissions, use of electricity, operation of equipment, use of freight elevator, work hours, insurance, and more.
**Any undisclosed filming will, at least, result in immediate termination of the reservation, a request for guests to depart the property, and the forfeiture of paid reservation fees including unused days caused by early departure. At most, it may result in legal prosecution.
