Beautiful old Corsican sheep hut served as a base for this peacefully located little villa with lots of privacy in its sea-view gardens.

The beach is right next doors for the easygoing sunbathers, and the active can find activities like dive, surf, SUP, waterski, jet ski, parapante and more.

The islands capital Ajaccio can be reached within half an hour south for your cultural trips, shopping and night life, but in the north await many coastal treasures than can be explored within 1-2 hours.

The space
The bergerie itself is a kitchen with dining area, and has a hall towards the master bedroom on the left, and big doors opening to a nice pazzio behind. From here, you can get to the bedrooms and bathroom on your right, or walk up to the pool at the back. An extra living room / workspace with an amazing view can be found next to it.

Where you’ll be

Calcatoggio, Corse, France

The house is right at the corner of the beautiful beach de la Liscia, so walking is literally a minute, and there are two accès à la mer right in front for a cute, unsupervised beach.

Further down the quiet street with similar "campagne"-style houses, in the other direction, there’s another nice beach with a little capitainerie and diving station.
