We selected Joe's place as a comfy and convenient spot to spend the nights arriving from, and leaving for, the Fishguard/Rosslare ferry and it certainly was exactly that. The unexpected and welcome bonus from Joe was a loaf of his homemade bread and some of his wife's homemade jam and a lighted fire ready for our arrival in the evening. His recommendation for a local fish restaurant was totally correct. We have no reservations in recommending Joe's place. We would have loved to stay longer ... maybe next time!

My family and I stayed a night here before getting the ferry back to the UK. Very comfortable night - Joe had left us a fresh loaf of delicious bread and homemade jam. We were able to fit in a short walk to the stunning view not far from the home. Thanks Joe!

Joe's place is in a lovely quite lovely location, close to Rosslare. We used it for the ferry but we could of stayed longer. Joe was great fun to meet, the place was spacious and comfortable, there was loads of extra touches, wood burner, bread and Jam and fruit from his orchard. We had a lovely time.

Joe's place was amazing, even better than expected. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed including breakfast food and a high chair and cot for our baby. He recommended a walk which was stunning! We'd definitely visit again.
