88 is an early 19th Century stone townhouse with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, in the historical centre of Amboise, located in a quiet section of the pedestrian main street (rue Nationale) where you will find all the necessary local shops.
Old Amboise town house recently converted in a comfortable and contemporary fashion. It is well located at the quiet end of the main street of the town but close to the castle and all commodities (supermarket, tourist office, cashpoint, restaurants and cafés, bakery...).
The backyard garden not overlooked will be the perfect place for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just to relax.
The house has 4 bedrooms and can accept 8 people. Possibilty to have one more mastress for kids and also a cot is available.

There is no private parking but a large free parking around 100 meters from the house. To load and unload the car there is a dead end road at 10 meters from the house where you can shortly park.

Grégory was born in Tours in 1970 and studied history. He then decided to study wine trade in Bordeaux.
After 6 years of journalism in Paris for a wine magazine he chose to return to his region of origin and passed a wine estate management degree in Amboise.
In 2007 he took over a small local estate and produced his first wines.
Anne was born in 1971 near Lyon and studied Logistics in France and in the UK. She decided to complete her education in Bordeaux with a master degree in procurement.
She had been a puchasing group manager in Paris for 10 years when she met Gregory during an organic wine fair. She was passionate about natural wines and regularly visited and work with natural winemakers during her hollidays.
She felt she had exhausted the delights of big companies and joined forces with Grégory into the natural wine adventure in 2011.
They both love their region and are always very please to welcome visitors. Mid 2012, they had the opportunity to buy the “88 Amboise” and decided to transform it into a holiday rental home.
