Iba Botanicals is a 24-hectare farm on the river in a serene natural experience. Perfect getaway for families and groups. Very strong internet connection (300MBPS) for online school / work if required.

The property has a modern 5 br lodge serving farm-to-table food, an ylang ylang flower plantation used for essential oils, organic farming, and more.

Activities: Kayaking, swimming, beach, hiking, waterfalls, massage, farm tour.

Breakfast is included, other meals by arrangement.

The space
The house has 5 bedrooms; the Vetiver, Elemi Room, Ylang Ylang Bedroom, Calamansi Room, and Alpinia Room.

These 5 rooms can accommodate 42 guests with 16 guests included in the published rate, with up to 26 additional guests possible for extra an extra charge of P1,000 pesos + VAT per guest per night.

The house comes fully staffed with housekeeping, and a chef / cooked meals if required (extra charge). Breakfast is included.

The rooms are very well appointed, and the beds are the same used by the 5-star Raffles Hotel in Manila.

The property is just 2km from the National Highway, in Iba the capital of Zambales, but feels like you are miles from anywhere. Perfect for family getaways, corporate retreats, events or those who are seeking to recharge in nature.

Shared common areas such as patio, dining, kitchen, etc. Each room has a private bathroom and can be locked for privacy and security.

Dedicated site staff are highly experienced and accommodating.

On this site we also have plantations of specialty crops for essential oil production.

We also offer guided kayaking, as well as nature hikes to visit the areas in the mountains and swim in waterfalls unmapped by the regular tourist.

Situated on the banks of the Bancal river, the property is located at the end of a road on the outskirts of Iba, Zambales. It is just 2km from the national highway and 15 minutes from the Zambales Provincial Capital.

With no passing traffic and surrounded by river and mountains this is a truly relaxing and immersive experience. Nearby are many beaches, islands, mountain hiking with secret waterfalls, Pinatubo trekking or helicopter tours, and all of the joys of the province.
