  • Greg's apartment is great! Very well located in San Francisco, very nicely maintained. Wide and light and clean.
    We enjoyed our stay their.

  • Fantastic apartment in Pacific Heights. We had a great stay, the place was huge with a second bed if you needed it. It was in a lovely building in a very central area of San Francisco. Across the road was the cable car and one block away there were heaps of great restaurants (Swan Oyster Depot is a must). Although the building was on a busy road, the apartment was at the back and very quiet. Overall a great stay and really good value. Greg was also an excellent host and he met us when we arrived and stayed in contact during our stay.

  • The place is large compared to other SF apartments. Greg was quick to respond to any questions I had and followed up to make sure I was able to enter the property on the first day. The apartment is facing the rear of the building, which makes it is quiet at night. The area is great and close to plenty of restaurants, bars and tourist areas. I would definitely recommend Greg's apartment to stay in.

  • Though we haven't met Greg in person, he's got a very large and spacious apartment, which was very comfortable to stay at. Greg was very helpful and helped us check in and out, as well as answer any questions we had during our stay.
Location is also great - right in between Russian Hill, Nob Hill and Pacific Heights.
    I would definitely come back.

  • Wonderful apartment! Very spacious, lots of room to move around. It's located right off Van Ness, so near bus lines which makes it convenient to get around. Gregory is extremely nice and accommodating, very easy to get in touch with him if there's anything you need. The apartment overlooks the courtyard which helps keep it very quiet during the day and night. No complaints here!

  • I loved my stay here and wished it was available for longer. The proximity to everything was unbelievable. The california st. cable car line was only a couple of blocks away which made it easy to get to the financial district on a cable car. Greg was a very gracious host. He checked in occasionally during my stay to assist with any queries I may have had. Would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to staying here again the next time I'm in San Francisco.

  • Great flat. Lots of space and a huge TV. Didn't think i'd get to watch an Arsenal game in San Fran! Would definitely like to stay again.

  • Loved staying at Greg's place. He's flexible and has the apartment very well prepared for guests (fresh towels, soap, etc). The place is very spacious and has lots of public transportation options nearby. If you're staying for a while, the building has a nice laundry room on the bottom floor.

Another big plus for us was that you felt safe when walking home at night as well as the apartment faces an indoor court yard, which makes for quiet evenings. You don't have to worry too much about road noise.

Grew up in Southern Cal. Went to college at Cal Poly SLO. Now living and working in SF (Product Manager for a mobile technology company). My place in SF is really great. Since I've been traveling a lot for work (we have another office in Miami), renting it out once in a while seems like a good idea.
