The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional units in the complex that are also available to book.

There will be a guide book waiting in your suite that can answer most questions about the unit itself and provide our favorite dining recommendations, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before you arrive!

There is a potential for 2 cars if we have openings in our lot. If our lot is fully booked, we may have options for street parking. STREET PARKING IN CHARLESTON IS NOT FREE. THERE IS A 2 HOUR RESIDENTIAL LIMIT ON STREET PARKING. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO PARK ON THE STREET. Please inquire and pre-arrange prior to arrival if you will have a vehicle with you.

**This is a second story unit with no elevators, NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE**

This property is located directly above Charleston's newest Spanish Tapas Restaurant, Estadio. This is a great amenity for our property but it is important to note Estadio is open from 4-10pm daily and noise from the restaurant can be heard at these times.
