We have just returned from our USA trip and as part of it we stayed in Shelley's garden house. What a wonderful place. Very clean and nicely arranged with all appliances you will need , beautiful garden and quiet neighbourhood. All just like in pictures. Unfortunately we did not meet Shelley but she provided us with all necessary information and even left breakfast and home made cookies in the fridge. If you coming to LA don't think twice, stay in this place and trust us you wont be disappointed. Thank you once again Shelley.
Shelley was a great host. I had a late flight coming in and she worked with me through the whole ordeal. The place was perfect, it had a very relaxing feeling when you walked in. Shelley had fresh fruit and juice set out. She was there to greet me at 1 am and we talked for a while about where to eat and what's in the area. She was very welcoming and I would stay there again.
Thanks a lot Shelley, see you next time to LA
We spent a really nice time in Shelley's guesthouse. It's very well located (easy drive to Santa Monica, Hollywood Bd, LAX...) and a beautiful place to stay in LA. Shelley is a very accomodating and welcoming host who provides a delicious homemade breakfast. We definitely recommend the place!
What a great experience it was!!!! First, Shelley was a very lovely host. She was accommodating and very great in helping me and my sisters find places to go to. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. On the day we arrived, she had brought us delicious treats she had made herself. She made herself available during our stay and constantly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend her place.

Poet, ex-attorney and mom..now that my kids are grown I'm happy to welcome visitors from everywhere! I have lived in France and traveled in Western and Eastern Europe - also spending a lot of time in Latin America. I love cooking and music and have been known to salsa dance from time to time. Los Angeles has so much to offer..special places for food, music, art and film that it will be my pleasure to share with guests.
