The Space

Come stay in our beautiful, newly-renovated home.
We have a double room with a very comfortable king-size bed and plenty of storage and a
lovely bright single room which gets the light in the morning and has a chest of drawers
for storage. The single room has a large single bed which previous guest couples
have been happy to share and there is a fold out bed in the kitchen.
We have a wood-burning stove fireplace where you can warm your feet after a long day
and a garden which is beautiful in summer. We have Wifi,
off-street parking and we also have a printer for that last-minute online check-in.
Feel-free to do your laundry.

Our quiet neighbourhood is nicely situated only 2km from both the city centre and the
Phoenix park, with several bus routes only 300m from the door. The buses take 10 mins
in to the centre, however in rush hour they may take a longer. Alternatively,
if you fancied a walk it wouldn't take you more than 30 minutes to O'Connell Street. Grafton Street would be another 10 minutes. Dublin's botanical gardens are a also mere 2km from our street - well within walking distance.
Near to us is the village of Phibsborough were you'll find supermarkets, bars and international restaurants and lots of second hand shops.

We look forward to seeing you!

  • We enjoyed staying at Eoin and Agnieszka's house. It is a cute, lovely house in Dublin. It is not too far away from the airport, we paid about 25 euros. The people in the neighborhood were super nice. During our city tour, my daughter and her fiance had to go back to the house and I forgot to give them the house key, the neighbors helped them to get in. Thanks for letting us staying at your house.

  • We had a great stay here. The place is in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to shops and supermarket. It is about a 30 ish minute walk to the heart of Dublin but there is a bus stop near by. The place itself is cute. Lovely colors and big kitchen with a lot of natural light. Our hosts were helpful and informative. Thanks again!!!

  • This is a great place to spend a night. Very comfortable home. Quiet location and the walk into Dublin is a good way to see more of the city. Eoin was nice and considerate and all the arrangements, directions, etc. were easy to make. Stay here! :)

  • We stayed one week at Eoin's and Agnieszka's place in Cabra, Dublin, and felt very comfortable and at home there! The place is located in a really quiet, nice neighborhood in walking distance to the city centre as well as supermarkets and stores and is charmingly decorated and equipped. The hosts weren't present during our stay, so we had the complete apartment to ourselves, which was nice. However, Eoin was always available for questions and was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this location to anyone coming to Dublin, it's a real jewel!

  • Our stay was fantastic - the apartment is perfectly equipped for a group of friends/a family. We had everything we needed to feel at home over christmas, and the bus trip into the city was no more than 10 minutes.

About
We are a 27 year old research student in applied maths and a ?? year old chilcare professional. We like to travel, particularly to try out the language of the destination. Both travelling and hosting through airbnb will hopefully give us good opportunities in that regard. We've been around the world and South America was our favourite part, Bolivia and Argentina especially. We love good food, good music, good tv & cinema and most of all good company. As a guests, we tend to stay out all day and go to bed early when on city breaks. As hosts, we hope our guests would find us amiable, helpful and unintrusive.
