Completed in 2018 this rental offers something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen, living room (with queen sofa sleeper), washer & dryer. Perfect for couples or traveling professionals!

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

There will be a guide book waiting in your suite that can answer most questions about the unit itself and provide our favorite dining recommendations, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before you arrive!

THERE IS A 2 HOUR RESIDENTIAL LIMIT ON STREET PARKING. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO PARK ON THE STREET. Please inquire and pre-arrange prior to arrival if you will have a vehicle with you.
