Where you’ll be

Arnarstapi, Iceland

Arnarstapi is next to the 700.000 year old glacier-capped strato volcano in western Iceland. It used to be an important trading post throughout the centuries and used to have a bigger population than it has now. Today it mainly has cottages owned by Icelanders that come to Arnarstapi to relax.

Walking along the coastline you will find magnificent bird life and lava formations that shows you the rugged formation and the battle of natures forces in birth of the island.

The area is one of a kind and is sure to give you memories for years to come.

Arnarstapi is not a far drive to Lóndrangar beach which is a must do. Snæfellsjökull Glacier is right in our backyard as well !
