Up a charming dirt road past Brushwood & Fairlee Forests with hiking, biking and ATV trails nearby. Lake Fairlee is a scenic 10 min drive; 15 min to Lake Morey & I-91 and 30 min to Dartmouth College. Enjoy the glow of the rising sun and beautiful views above the fog, unwind in the hot tub surrounded by the magical woods and wildlife of Vermont.

The dirt road is well maintained, but gently climbs and seasonal weather can cause variable conditions. The drive way is a quick steep climb, accessible by most vehicles, but winter conditions may require all wheel drive or snow tires.

This house is private and sits on its own 6 acres without view of any neighbors. You can treat it entirely as your own as you enjoy an escape from the daily grind.

We are in the area and can be called on for any issues that may arise, but will give you space to enjoy your retreat and unwind.

Please send messages and inquiries through Airbnb. We will send the house manual, directions and the door code through the messenger, so it may be helpful to utilize the App. Of course, please call directly with any emergency situations.
