Susan my host was very welcoming. If you needed anything she would make a call or give you a ride. Susan was very accommodating with everything. The baked goodies every night with a thermos of cold milk was a great treat.
The listing was very accurate.
The neighborhood was a farm. It was beautiful and I loved the way the dogs welcomed me everyday.
This was a great experience. Everything as described, but much better. Sussan is a great person, an will go far beyond her duties to make you feel comfortable and as if you where at home. Great food, great comfort, and a great landlady.
I widely recommend this to everybody.
Susan is a lovely host. Every morning, she spent time talking with me and advise me on what to visit. Breakfast was plentiful, room and bathroom clean.
Her B&B, near Guardbridge, is easy to find. Lots of little touches that make you feel welcome !
We stayed one night at Seggie Farm during a trip through Scotland. Susan made us feel welcome and she is a very friendly person. She gave us a lot of tips what to visit during our stay and even brought us fresh apple pie when we came home in the evening. The room was very clean and nice. Because it was quite cold that day, Susan turned on the heating for us. The breakfast was very good and gave us a great start. We would totally recommend this place and would come back.
I had a wonderful stay at Seggie Farm whilst in St Andrews for an academic conference. The room was clean and spacious. I was greeted with a plate of cakes on arrival and having arrived back late the second evening, found another plate in my room! Susan is a very kind and friendly host. For breakfast, there was all you could want and (website hidden) Andrews is only a short bus ride away. All in all, great value for money!
Susan was the perfect hostess...always with a cheery attitude and a big smile. She made us feel very comfortable and at home at her B&B .
Her breakfasts were cooked to order and there were unlimited choices and varieties of foods. She even encouraged us to try 'black pudding' which really wasn't bad.
The location was perfect as it was a very good neighbourhood and within less than 5 miles in proximity to the University where my daughter attends school.
Susan was an extremely friendly and outgoing host that helped us make the most of our very short stay in St. Andrews. The room was clean and as described, and we appreciated the frank advice about what to do and what to avoid in the city. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast that she prepared. Look forward to staying here again if I am ever back in St. Andrews!

About the Host, Susan
I have been running our Bed and Breakfast for 26 years. My husband is a farmer and we have 2 grown-up children. As well as beef cattle we have 2 dogs called Pip and Rusty. I love horses, walks, going on holiday and have recently started learning to play the saxophone.
