Es un apartamento amplio, exterior con mucha luz y bien ventilado, confortable, siempre limpio y decorado con gusto. Hay frigorífico, televisor, lavadora, horno microondas, cocina de inducción, cafetera, todos los utensilios de cocina, así como ropa de cama y toallas.
Situated in one of the best areas in Barcelona, 10 minutes walk to Las Ramblas and also a short walk to the historic centre, museums, restaurants, shops and markets, and night life of Barcelona. Excellent comunications with public transport, only one minutes walk to Parallel metro station, on metro lines 2 and 3, Fira Barcelona (Plaça d' Espagna) only10 minutes walking or ideal for World Mobbile Congres and also great bus connections, including airport bus. The neighbourhood is residential and pleasant, with lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and terraces, and very close to the artistic Raval and Parallel neighbourhoods.
The apartment is in a new building, completed in 1997 and has a lift. It has a spacious living-dining room with kitchen, beautiful solid parquet oak floor, one nice-sized bedroom, and bathroom all in white Italian marble. The apartment is nicely furnished with characteristic wooden furniture, including two wooden chests and has a large flat-screen TV, The kitchen area, in grey stone and white ceramic tiles has a three ring electric hob, with overhead extractor, microwave/oven, washing machine, fridge, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven-microwave.
The most salient feature of the apartment are the two very large double glazed French windows, one in the living/dining room, the other in the bedroom, which open to the branches of the elegant "plataneros" (maple trees) which line both sides of the street.
And this is why I call the apartment "PLATANEROS"
Apartment is available for 2 people,with one bed in the room is spacious and confortable and always very clean.
Interaction with Guests
I always wait my guests into the apartment without delay on their arrival day, I explain how are operated everythink and during their stay I am always available in case of any problem
Apartment is situated in San Antoni area, surrounded of supermarkets and the famous market of Sant Antoni where you can get fresh food and also very cheap clothes.
Besides is full of terraces to have a drink, tapas and good local restaurants.
Three minutes walking from the apartment there is the metro station of Paral.lel with lines 2 and 3. and the cableway to Montjuich.Several buses takes you to the beach in 10 minutes and 24 bus stop to Park Güell.
Is not necessary take public transport to visit the historic centre, Ramblas in 10 minutes, Plaça Catalunya, 15 minutes; Paseo de Gracia 15 minutes, Born or Gothic area 15 minutes and you can arrive to the beach in a beautiful walk in 20 minutes. Montjuich Fountains and Plaça d'Espagna are 15 minutes walking, so you will be in area very convenient to visit and enjoy Barcelona.
After 11 in the morning you can drop your luggage and get your keys, apartment will be ready to occupy at 6 in the evening because of cleaning. Departure is before 11 in the morning.
Please keep noise levels reasonable as this is a family building.
I ask guests for a photocopy of their passports on arrival.
