Located in a tranquail location, ideal for families who want to have peacuful time together, Ekaant has a serene view of surroundings. It's a 4BHK 2000 sq ft well furnished Villa on a 15000 sq ft plot with two well manicured lawns ( at two levels) and a spacious Sundeck from where you can have a beautiful view of sunset. It also has a hammock arrangement to laze in. This Villa is perfect for romantic or family gateway. Ekaant is just 3-5 minutes walk away from perennial Pej river.

The Villa has two floors, with spacious lawns and large balcony overlooking the farms

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the ground level and Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 are on the lower level. Bedroom 1, 3,4 are furnished with King Size double bed whereas Bedroom 2 has a queen size double bed. Each Room can accommodate 2 persons, Bedroom 3 can accommodate additional 2 pax ( additional mattress on floor would be provided)
