Guest access
• Guests have private access to the living room, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, queen bedroom, full bathroom, laundry area and both decks.
• The main level has step-free entry directly from the private parking deck. Stairs are required to reach the downstairs bedroom and full bathroom.
• A second bedroom remains locked and is reserved for the owner’s personal use.
Other things to note:
PARKING:
• Private parking deck for up to 2 cars (no street parking)
• Step-free entry from the parking deck to the main level
PETS:
• The Magical Cabin is a pet-free property.
• Please do not bring pets or animals into the home.
HEATING / COOLING:
• Fireplace for warmth in addition to central heating.
• The Magical Cabin does not have AC but fans are provided throughout the cabin to keep the air circulating and the space comfortable on warmer days.
FIREPLACE:
• The fireplace uses gas logs only.
• Do not place wood or other materials inside the fireplace.
• Please follow the instructions provided in the guest book and turn the fireplace completely off when finished.
SECURITY:
• An exterior Ring doorbell camera monitors the front entrance.
SMOKING:
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors, due to the high fire risk.
• Evidence of smoking may result in additional fees.
GUEST BOOK:
A guest book is available at check-in with helpful house instructions, contact information, checkout details and local recommendations.
SNOW SEASON REMINDERS:
• Street is county-plowed for easier access.
• Check weather & CalTrans updates before arrival.
• Chains may be required in winter—mountain access can be restricted without them.
• Roadside chain installation available for a fee.

Neighborhood highlights
A mile from the home is the historic area of Top Town. Once known as "Bikers Haven" is now home to local shop owners. Visit Lake Mud Pottery to gather ups pieces from local artist. Onto Mountain Thrift, Hearth & Sage General Store, Old Rustic Cottage and My Favorite Things. Make sure to grab a custom shake @ Mountain Cravings. Head downtown to browse shops like the Flying Squirrel, Mystic Mountain Music Records & Thrift, Encompass & Treasure Box & Co. Don't miss the coffee houses in which one was once a gas station. Feeling energetic take a 2.5 walk around beautiful Lake Gregory. In spring, summer or fall rent a kayaks or boats and don't forget your fishing poll. Enjoy a hike on one of the many trails, especially the Heart Rock Trail. Just a short drive you can explore the towns of Twin Peaks, Blue Jay, Lake Arrowhead and Running Springs. Go a bit further on an amazing beautiful scenic route to Big Bear and be sure to stop at Lulu Belles. Before you leave the mountain gotta check out Hortencia's at the Cliffhanger, a fun Mexican restaurant with live piano on the weekends and the most amazing views of the city below.

I’m Jennifer, a musician based in LA who also spends part of the year in the UK. Years of touring the world with my sister led me to countless Airbnb stays, which inspired me to create my own retreat. In 2018, I discovered Crestline and knew I had found my sanctuary. I love the symphony of ravens and crows, watching the grey squirrels gather acorns, visiting the local coffee shops, and the picture-perfect sunsets from the balcony. My mom, Linda, will be your host. I hope you enjoy your stay.
