Living room has master mason built fireplace, wall mounted flat screen TV, new sleeper sofa, leather reading chair, WIFI, superb tables with copper inlays. Kitchen has all new appliances, granite counter tops and maple cabinetry. Full sized washer and dryer in condo. Bedroom is a private queen bed, large armoire, smaller flat screen dvd player tv; closet. Bathroom was remodeled to allow for more space, add granite counter tops.
This condo is walk to the lift close to Canyons Resort! Experience a great place, a superb space!

On site: parking outside condo, Rec center with 2 pools (one heated) two hot tubs; steam room; sauna.
Nearby: Canyons Resort is minutes away by foot. On free transit route for other resorts.

Other Things to Note
I've made this condo as allergy free as possible: From bamboo wood floors and wooden blinds, no pets and no smoking. I've also, "Thought of everything" you may need to enjoy your stay and I've included it in the condo.
This agreement shall commence on “Check-in Date” and terminate on “Check-out Date” as specified in Renter’s Airbnb reservation.
The rate for your stay is as specified in Renter’s Airbnb reservation.
The maximum number of guests allowed under this agreement is eight guests.
Check in/Check out
• Check-in time is after 4 PM unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time and confirmed by the Management.
• Check-out time is before 10 AM unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time and confirmed by the Management.
The Airbnb “Strict” cancellation policy that was specified in Renter’s Airbnb reservation is the cancellation policy.
No cleaning or maid service is provided during the term of this rental agreement. The property shall be professionally cleaned prior to Renter’s arrival. Extra sheets and towels are provided in the unit. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for Renter’s use.
There is garage parking for vehicles outside in a public lot, in front of the condo. Management is not responsible for Renter’s vehicle, for any reason, including vandalism, damage, or theft.
There is NO telephone hard line provided in the rental, however there is complimentary WIFI service (Wireless Internet).
Vacating the Premises
Renter shall deliver possession of rental in good order and repair to Management upon termination or expiration of this agreement. The key and garage door opener shall be returned upon departure.
Management is committed to providing its guests with a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking permitted anywhere within the premises including balcony.
Right of Access
Management shall have the right of access to rental for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours. In the event of an emergency, Management may enter at any time to protect life and prevent damage to the rental.
Rental shall be used so as to comply with state, county, and municipal laws and ordinances. Renter shall not use rental or permit it to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purpose or in any manner so as to interfere with any neighboring resident’s quiet enjoyment of their residence. Any misuse described above shall result in termination of Rental Agreement and no refund of any payments will be issued.
Management shall not be liable for damage to, or loss of, renter’s own property of any type, for any reason or cause whatsoever.
Animals, birds or pets of any kind shall not be permitted inside the rental unit at any time.
Renter releases Management from liability for and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Management against losses incurred by Management as a result of (a) Renter’s failure to fulfill any condition of this agreement; (b) any damage or injury happening in or about rental or premises to renter’s invitees or licensees or such person’s property; (c) Renter’s failure to comply with any requirements imposed by any governmental authority; and (d) any judgment, lien, or other encumbrance filed against renter as a result of renter’s action. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Management harmless from any and all damages caused by renter’s negligence or fault, including all costs and attorney fees.
This agreement and any attached addendum constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no oral statements shall be binding. It is the intention of the parties herein that if any part of this rental agreement is invalid, for any reason, such invalidity shall not void the remainder of the rental agreement.
Failure of Management to Act
Failure of Management to insist upon compliance with the terms of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any violation of this agreement.
Payment stipulates the Renter has read the agreement and agrees to its terms.
Rate includes mandatory taxes. I am a licensed business.
Cancellation policy: Airbnb strict cancellation policy is in effect.
No smoking. No pets.
No loud noise after 10pm (HOA rules)

I am an energetic educator and property manager who is also an award winning and recognized (licensed) freelance photographer in Park City. I don't believe in being stagnant! In my spare time, I play a beautiful Taylor guitar.
I do live here, in Park City. I manage five places for other, from Deer Valley to the Canyons. Come and stay and play in Park City. What do I pack when I travel? My Nikon photo gear, a guitar, and things my boys may forget (even though they pack their own suitcase!) I'm a light packer because I like to purchase items while on vacation. I prefer to get up early and get up and go. An ideal day for me is photographing the sunrise, returning to go for a run, and then waking up my family to have them experience a new place with me.
I can live without TV (I rarely watch it), and sunburn. I don't cook, but have a well-used microwave. I enjoy going to the gym, and spinning.
