The apartment is located on the third floor of a new condos in one of the most quite and safe place in Playa. Private parking and 24hrs security and the entrance. The apartment is provided with AC, Smart TV, fast WiFi connection, balcony, King size bed and a roof top with one of the most amazing view in all Playa. Perfect for digital nomad or freelancer!

Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya are magical place, take it easy, enjoy every second and the Mexican caribe will give you back an amazing time. We would also like to inform you that Playa is still a city in fast development and sometimes we can suffer temporary outages that can affect elevators an water supply. We always do our best to have them restored as soon as possible and we are at your service for any help you may need, we highly appreciate your understanding!

From the host

The apartment is on calle 34, just few step far from the famous 5th avenida. This is definitely the best location in playa. Super close to every attraction that the city can give you but at the same time just far enough from the noisy night of the city center. Walking distance you can find plenty of restaurant, from fancy to properly local one, laundry, supermarkets, pharmacy and taxi station are all less than blocks from your door. For any suggestion just ask me! I love Playa del Carmen and will be a pleasure share my passion with you!
