Our property is located in the trendy district of Neuehrenfeld. The district is centrally located and very well connected in terms of traffic. There are many different restaurants. You'll love my place because of the comfy beds, the bathroom and the small kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travelers, adventurers, and families (with children).

There are 2 single beds in the room. A TV with satellite connection is available.
Directly in the room there is a modern shower room that is only used by the guests of this room. Since the room is at the back of the garden, it is very quiet. The room has 3 windows on one side and a row of glass blocks on another side, so that enough light falls in, although it is in the basement. The floor is made of wood (laminate/cherry wood). There is a secretary that can be used as a desk, as well as a chair, a closet, a nightstand and a wardrobe. In the cellar there is a fridge, a kettle, a toaster and a small hotplate. There is also a sink there. There is also a table and 2 chairs. The room can be locked from the inside by a bolt and is located in the house, so it is secured by the front door.

The residential area is upscale, with old trees, Art Nouveau houses, nice pubs and restaurants. Good shopping is close by. 5 minutes by U-Bahn [subway] to the city center, on foot approx. 15 minutes. The residential area is called Neuehrenfeld and is one of the districts close to the city center. Neuehrenfeld is one of the few districts of Cologne that was not completely destroyed in the war. The U-Bahn [subway] stop is right on site. The highway connection A 57 is not too far away.
