We had a great time in this pleasant and quiet house. It is very spacious and so close to the subway to get downtown. Perry was really nice and checking-in and out was very easy thanks to his kindness. Moreover he speaks very good French which can be very convenient if you don't speak much English.
Perrry was very flexible for check in time which was very much appreciated. House has a lot of space and makes you feel at home quickly. Orange Line is very convenient and easily accessible from the house. Do not hesitate to try the little Italian opposite the train sation, delicious take away pizzas !
We had a great time at Perry's house and enjoyed staying there. We especially liked the wonderful kitchen and dining area. The trip to the city center of Boston was easy by public transport. Perry was travelling when we stayed at his house, so he had arranged for another person to meet us there. Check-in and check-out was easy and uncomplicated, everything worked very well.
Our family recently stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed the house very much. This is an old New England house with lots of charm and character, located in the nice and peaceful part of Malden. Very spacious and well equipped. Excellent location-- very close to public transportation which will take you into Boston within 15-20 mins. Guests should be aware that even though parts of the house have been updated (e.g kitchen and bathrooms), the house does show its age (e.g. bathroom door does not close properly) and this is not modern accommodations by any means. The house could also use a better cleaning job. Also note that the bedrooms do not have air conditioning but there are fans aplenty.
