- Community Access: We provide 10 beach/pool passes and 2 parking passes for community amenities. The beach is within walking distance, while the pool requires a short drive.
- Seasonal Amenities: The gas grill and outdoor furniture are available from May to October.
- Starter Supplies: We provide initial supplies of paper towels, napkins, garbage bags, dishwashing pods, and toilet paper. Please note that shampoo, conditioner, and lake/pool towels are not provided.
- Towel Policy: Bath towels, hand towels, and bed linens are provided. Guests should bring their own towels for pool and lake use, as cabin towels cannot be taken outside.
- Waste Management: Please place all trash in the outdoor bins and ensure lids are tightly closed upon checkout.
- Safety Precautions: If traveling with small children, please be advised there are 2 sets of steps and a balcony in the house. We do not provide a crib or highchair.
- Community Conduct: No parties are allowed. The community is patrolled 24/7, and noise violations can lead to immediate dismissal without refund. Bear Creek Lakes maintains a noise ordinance at all times.
- Booking Details: Ensure to accurately report the number of guests in your booking request, including infants and children. Note that the property isn't baby-proofed.
- Guest Capacity: The maximum guest limit is 14. Overcapacity can result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
- Strict House Rules: No confetti, glitter, fireworks, or parties. No groups under 25 are permitted.
