Whether you choose to spend your time on the property - enjoying the lake, trails, waterfalls, and views - or out and about visiting the spectacular sights, parks, wineries, breweries, and restaurants, Falls View Cottage is a comfortable place to connect with friends and family. Recently remodeled and filled with modern amenities, we hope it is a home you will enjoy visiting year after year.

We have no dock or boat hoist and are unable to accommodate power boats of any kind.

The space
Recently gutted and fully remodeled, this four bedroom home retains the cozy charm of it's 1950's roots but is loaded with all the modern conveniences and eco-conscious choices like spray-foam insulation and ultra-efficient and quiet running mitsubishi heat and ac units in the two Queen bedrooms, the bunk bedroom, and the kitchen/dining/living room space. The cool air from upstairs keeps the lower area a comfortable temperature all summer, and the lower rooms are heated with baseboard electric heating in the fall, winter, and spring.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all parts of the house and property, except for an owner's shed.

Other things to note
This home is owned by a person with mobility challenges. The master bath/bedroom suite is fully wheelchair accessible and there is step-free access to the entire first floor, front and rear decks and the lakefront (via the driveway).
