Ground floor, private apartment of a restored, modernized, secluded mid-century farmhouse on 7 acres. Heated in ground pool with regulation code safety pool fence. Great views of Mt. Peter across the valley. Fire pit off the pool area. Our resident wildlife includes deer, wild turkeys, red-tailed hawks, woodchucks, finches including indigo bunting, hummingbirds (2 feeders). Black top driveway with turn arounds and outdoor parking for several cars. Satellite heating system off house HVAC.

The space
Lovely, secluded rural setting. At time of purchase, the entire property needed attention. The house, pool and pool deck are now completely renovated, first phase of landscaping concluded Fall 2018, farm buildings and remaining landscaping, including around the pond and boundary streams, come next. We plan to become a working farm, with horse stabling and light agriculture, as well as an event space, suitable for celebrations and concerts.
