If you would like to stay at a great apartment with an outstanding location relative to the Copenhagen sights, please contact Joakim, you will not be disappointed! The apartment is very clean and puts you right in the middle of the Copenhagen sights and close to transportation around town and to the airport. We found the entire experience well worth what we were charged. Jim & Sue from Chicago

This is a fantastic place to stay! You can easily walk around to all of the sights in Copenhagen and it's so easy to get to/from the airport and the train station. Joakim was very nice and answered all of my questions very quickly. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

This small flat is ideal for one person or couple for a short stay in Copenhagen. The location is very convenient to anything you could possibly need (groceries, public transport, etc.) and the neighborhood is fantastic. The flat itself is a studio so it is very tiny. It took awhile to get used to the shower which is essentially a shower head in what we would call in the States a 1/2 bath; however, it works just fine. Kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials and has nice dishes and cookware if you feel like cooking or staying in. While this is a "first floor" apartment it's worth noting it's actually on the 2nd floor (I think this is a standard European thing) so if stairs are an issue keep this in mind. The unit faces an open courtyard with lots of young families so it can be noisy in the evening but quiets down after the sun sets. There are laundry facilities available but it's coin operated and located in the basement. Took us awhile to figure out how to open the wash machine once the power expired for the wash cycle. Finally, I was in Copenhagen for an Ironman race (so take this upcoming bit of critique with a grain of salt); I probably would've found a quieter place only because I needed to be in bed at 7:45PM and found it really hard to sleep. Unfortunately, the upstairs neighbors were night owls--it is an apartment after all. If getting an early super restful night's sleep is critical than this might not be the place. Again, my circumstances probably a bit out of the ordinary. Otherwise, I would 100% recommend. Joakim was a fantastic host and the communication exceeded expectations.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is incredibly central (couldn't imagine being in a better spot in Copenhagen), the hosts were inviting and responsive, and the home was clean and cozy. Highly recommended for those traveling to Copenhagen who don't mind staying in a smallish apartment.

It was super easy to get to the apartment, as it is right by the Norreport station. The location is perfect and very convenient. We walked pretty much everywhere. There's a 24 grocery store 100 ft away and lots of good cheap restaurants, as the apartment is very near the University. We stayed four nights. The kitchen was great - very well appointed. The bed was comfortable, but because the room is small, one side is pushed up against the wall, making it harder for the second person to get in and out. Really, the only downside is the shower. The bathroom is tiny, not even room for a shower curtain, so you need to wipe down the walls, floors, and fixtures after each shower. However, there was plenty of hot water!!! Although access to the apartment building is right off the street, the actual building is set back behind a courtyard, so there's no street noise. The apartment faces another courtyard further back. It was mostly very quiet.

Our experience was fantastic! The apartment is so well located, we were able to walk most of the city from the centrally located apartment in just 2 days. Just 1 block from the metro made it so easy to and from the airport. Joakim and Karin were accommodating and the apartment was so charming. With a direct cheap flight from the U.S., we will surely be back!

Joakim and Karin are excellent hosts! The space was clean, well-decorated, and the perfect size for the two of us to set off and explore Copenhagen! It is perfectly located, down the road from Norreport metro/train stop and down another road/around the corner from markets, museums, parks, restaurants, coffee, everything you ever need. The street the entrance is on is super hip and is mostly a designated bike/walkway and you enter into the courtyard and it's so quiet and peaceful. What a beautiful place to live and a wonderful place to visit. Highly recommended!
