A comfortable four-bedroom house in Dongo, on the west bank of upper Lake Como with private pool and gorgeous garden. Relax in this beautiful and spacious villa that can accommodate up to 10 people. It is a perfect base home for going to the beach and mountain outdoor activities as well.

The space
Casa Emilia is sourranded by a large private garden, where you can sunbathe, sip aperitifs in the shade of ancient trees, immerse yourself in a refreshing and tonic pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a gym and a laundry room. Close to the historical center of Dongo village full of cafes, restaurants and pizzerias and just as close to the Gere beach.

The villa has a large private parking for exclusive use of guest.

Other things to note
The location of the Villa allows you to organize events and parties while remaining within the rules of the house and civil cohabitation. Dogs are welcome for 25€, to help with cleaning.
