L' appartamento è accogliente e situato molto vicino all'entrata dei Musei vaticani. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose ed i bagni funzionali. Molto carina la terrazza.Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono.
A very nice little apartment near the Vatican Museum. very clean and bright. We had a good stay, and enjoyed it. Very convenient for doing "Vatican" activities....e.g., it's only a 10 minute walk to the Vatican Museum entrance.Liked having the outside deck, rather than a living room...watch out for the pigeon poop, though! We had a couple of problems to start...air conditioners not working, shower curtain in bigger bathroom wouldn't close, as hooks were all intertwined. Simon sent people over right away to fix them. The little shower is tricky....keep the pressure very low, as the water will go all over the floor. Simon, in our opinion is a very respectful, reliable landlord. We would stay with him again, but probably in the other apartment at Trevi, as there is more to do there. This one is in a residential section, which was pleasant....except we were on the ground floor on a road, and it could get a bit noisy.
We stayed at this apartment for a week and were very comfortable. The location is just outside of the more touristy area and close to a Metro station and the Vatican. The apartment is clean and functional, with a nice terrace to enjoy a meal. Simone, as mentioned in the previous reviews is great. He met us when we arrived and is quick to answer questions or help with anything. I would stay here again on future trips to Rome, it was that good!
Simone (email hidden). He was there to greet us when we arrived, was very helpful in helping to make some dinner reservations, arrange a cab to the airport and more then willing to help with whatever we needed.
The apartment was a perfect location, easy to get to subway, taxi stand, walk to St. Peter's Square etc. This location was also great because it was just far enough outside the "tourist" area that we got an experience of being around the locals who live in Rome. We got the best of both worlds here. The apartment on a hotel scale is about a 3 star. It is small & perfect for 2 singles or 2 couples, there is no living room so if you want to have company or hang out at the condo you will be using the private court yard patio which is cool but inside is not conducive to hosting. Its basic but clean, has a tiny eat in kitchen & fridge which is great for breakfast etc.. Make sure to bring soap, shampoo and I didn't see an iron. Wi-fi works great but just remember the password uses the letter "i" no "L"!
I would stay here again on a future visit to Rome!
Simone was very nice, and the apartment was clean and spacious. However, he switched apartments at the last minute, and put us in one that had more stairs (which were difficult for someone in our party). The kitchen was also not adequately equipped (no matches to light gas stove, no knives, no wine bottle opener, etc). But in (email hidden) and a great location.
