★ The standard charge for two guests is: one room for two people.
Since the system has set up 1 room for 2 people, but if the tenant wants to enjoy a comfortable sleeping space for 2 people, we can arrange another room for only 500 NTD for linen cleaning (only for 2 nights short rental). For two people and two rooms for more than three days, please consult the host about additional charges due to the high cost of electricity.
★ The bathroom has separate wet/dry area, window air circulation, outdoor natural gas pipeline, safe and secure!
A 900 sq. ft. apartment with two bedrooms and two living rooms. Guests can have the enjoyment of the whole flat with an open kitchen and other amenities, for themselves. There are two small balconies and the building has a 24-hour security guard and provides taxi reservation service.

Almost all necessary electronic appliances for leisure and washing are installed for guests' enjoyment. They are not to be taken away!

Medium and long-term or monthly guests are welcome to inquire.
During the stay, the housekeeper will provide 1 or up to 2 sets of keys & elevator locks (FOB). The host will not be present, and the guest will have the entire apartment.
If you have any questions during your stay, please contact us by phone or through the social platform app. The local housekeeper can handle the listing at any time.
The community is strictly guarded, and it is not appropriate to make noise in the apartment to avoid complaints from neighbors. All types of parties are strictly prohibited, and gatherings should be within 6 people. Guests should avoid making loud noises in public spaces such as elevators/lobbies/parking spaces. The residents of the community are not only kind but also prefer quiet.
Garbage in Kaohsiung is sorted, so for short-term stays, the housekeeper can handle the garbage. If you stay for more than 7 days, you can request a cleaning service at home and pay a fee depending on the situation.
Additional guest accommodation fee:
If the basic room rate is for more than 2 people, the platform charges extra fees based on the number of people. You are also welcome to use 2 rooms for 2 people for an extra room fee.
Loss of keys or elevator magnetic buckles will be compensated at NT$500 per item, damage to items or removal of items from the apartment will be compensated at the current value of the item, plus derivative costs such as administrative costs or inability to rent.
Extra cleaning fee - At check-out, if there is an extraordinary cleaning job (2 people 2 hours cleaning), overtime fee is calculated in standard units, requiring the guest to pay, that is, two people cleaning for two hours, the fee is 1,000 NTD.

For parking space rental at the residence, one day's notice is required, and the parking space rental is not included in the rental price. The apartment parking space is a flat parking space (B1), the elevator goes straight to the apartment, it is very convenient, there is no limit on the number of times, it is @200 NTD per night, there is a discount for long-term rental parking.
Secondly, there are plenty of public parking spaces available on the road downstairs for flexible parking at a low price.
In addition, there are 128 parking spaces in the B1 parking lot next to the Optometer - Guangwu Elementary School, 2 minutes on foot from the apartment. The parking limit is 2M, 15 NTD for half an hour, 150-160 NTD for a single day, and no charge for less than 30 minutes.
All of the above are paid parking spaces available for guests to choose from!
