Matteo's place is lovely and centrally located. Well-accommodated. There was a blow dryer which was particularly nice. Matteo himself was extremely helpful, taking me to drop off my rental car en route to the train station. Overall, a wonderful experience. I think that Matteo's apartment could fit two comfortably. And don't forget to duck when entering the restroom.
We had a great time in Cortona thanks to Matteo and his wonderful apartment in tower. Being in a heart of Cortona was just perfect. Apartment was well equipped, tidy and very sunny. We had everything we needed right on the spot. Matteo was a great host that showed us everything and provided us with useful information about region and Italy in general. I recommend Bertini tower to everyone.
Estupenda atención por parte del anfitrión, y deliciosa vivienda
una ubicación muy especial, para una estancia de ensueño
As soon as I arrived to beautiful Cortona I was made to feel very welcome by Matteo and his sweet nonna. The tower itself is very well designed immaculately kept and truly makes you feel a bit closer to heaven...the views are SPLENDID. The bar (la Posta) right downstairs serves amazing drinks and wine..the restaurants surrounding the piazza were delicious. The lamb chops at Dorado restaurant are the best I have ever had. (I think that is the name)..I was alone in the tower, but next time my husband and i will return. Perfect accommodations for 2 to 3 people. Thanks Matteo!!!
Mail avec le propriétaire avant le départ. Logement correspondant parfaitement à la description. Accueil parfait du propriétaire et des membres de sa famille.
If you want to be closer to heaven in Tuscany this is your place!
We stayed here with my wife & son for three nights and we had a wonderful time, both Matteo and his brother Lorenzo were extremely helpful and friendly.
