Interaction with guests
As much or as little as they would like. Generally will see guests in the morning as they depart and in the evening when we deliver the baked goods and fruit.
It is very rural and quiet except for the jungle noises. Extremely close to the best snorkeling on the island. Great views. Lots of local fruit production and the coffee!
Parking is included and on the street level. Bus is not convenient. Recommend rental car. We did have someone show up on bikes.
Other things to note
We have a large production of avocados on the property and encourage people to eat all they can! Serve fruits we grow when available.
Air BnB does not collect the state of Hawaii Accommodation tax of 13.42%. It will be collected on arrival, cash only please.
Most guests come to this area to get away from it all and relax. Generally it is quite around 8 pm. After having fun outdoors all day, most people are ready for bed after dinner and sunset.
NO children under the age of 7 and well behaved as to not disturb other guests.
Keri and Tina vacationed on the big island many time before calling it home. We love working our farm and meeting new people from around the world. Sharing the Aloha in these wonderful surroundings makes our day.
Keri is a veterinarian and works her own practice in the South Kona area and Tina is a retired nurse that worked in corporate healthcare management. Both of us are thrilled to have made our home in such a beautiful and peaceful place. Aloha
