City Center.. close to Makati, Airport, and Manila
A 54 sq. meter (581 sq.feet) studio apartment with a queen size bed, large sofa, aircon, kitchen, toilet and bath. It is decorated with a mix-match of luxury and flea market finds that makes it comfortable and homey.
Marbella Condominium is centrally located and secure with guard and doorman who can assist in getting a taxi cab.
Located along the famed Roxas Boulevard, Marbella is close to the Manila Bay, SM Mall of Asia, Cultural Center of the Philippines, and Makati Central Business District. It is located near major banks, restaurants, museums, government offices, hospitals, hotels, convention centers, public market, and transportation lines.
I highly recommend the apartment to tourists, expats, balikbayan, and traveling executives who wants to live in the city. It is a few minutes away from the international and domestic airports and to major tourist attractions like the Malate, Manila Bay, Luneta and Intramuros.
It's definitely an excellent choice!
Just keep it tidy.

Studio 54 sq. meter floor space, accented with hand woven Persian rugs and a century old Korean chest.
Very convenient location in central manila that allows one to avoid alot of traffic. Jed is very gracious. Occasionally the elevators were out of action. Be advised of some extra cost in using the air conditioner and guests/visitors are not allowed. Overall the apartment is very good with a great location and a great host.
Jed was a good communicator and quick to reply. The apartment was as pictured. Maybe because this was my first trip from the US, I was expecting a few everyday things that were not available. There was no internet, no TV and no hot water. The price was reasonable and it was very conveniently located near The Mall of Asia. Two and a half Stars.
