  • An overall pleasant and hasslefree stay. We were met exactly at the negotiated time at the appartment to exchange the keys. Though not big, it is spacious enough for 3 and has everything needed. It is exactly as on the provided images, no commercial exaggeration here. Neat and full of little design details and yes, some IKEA too. But with flair.... The very best about this appartment though is the location. Sentier is easily found for everyone on a city map, but the rue Montorgueil is a pitoresque and lively no-traffic zone that leaves no desires open. At least 3 very good bakeries and plenty other shops and bistrots more.
Two or three metro stations within easy reach sum it up to a full both thumbs up for the host and his apartment. We could even stow our baggage there for the last hours on departure day. Great !
    Thanks again, would book again....
    Cheers Mike

  • Nam was really easy to talk with and very helpful at all times, even with a specific problem we had which was not at all related to our stay in the apartment. The apartment itself was exactly as it appeared in the photos and our stay was happy and pleasant. I am sure we would like to stay there again next time we go back to Paris. Thank you Patrick and Nam.

  • Wonderful Apartment, very cozy, clean and decorated with a lot of taste. Very comfortable bed. Perfect for a couple. Very centrally located with a lot of restaurants. You can walk to Notre Dame, Forum Les Halles, Le Marais, the Louvre. Patrick was a fantastic host. Very helpful, even thou we didn't speak French the communication was fine.
Nam was also very helpful. They took very good care of us. They are very professional. The communication before, during and after were fantastic ( they even texted us with the change of time during spring).
I can't wait to come back again.
    Thank you Patrick and Nam
    Merci

  • Patrick and Nam are fantastic and their apartment was even better than expected, it really felt like a home away from home. They were very accommodating and their communication prior to our arrival was all very personal and easy. Patrick was kind enough to met us for a late check-in and we had all our ski gear with us from our previous stop and he was amazing and helped us haul it all upstairs.

The apartment was very clean, well appointed and comfortable for our family of 3. It was stocked with some basic food supplies (tea, coffee, basic spices) and great cooking utensils and cutlery which were all great to have and very helpful. Patrick took the time to give a full tour of the apartment and how everything worked and their guide for everything around their area and Paris was very helpful.

The location is also fantastic. We had never been to Paris but found the location very central and we could easily access a couple of metro stations. There are also great shops to pick up food at, a delicious patisserie and market within a couple of blocks. There are also a variety of restaurants very close by if you don't want to cook.

We would most definitely stay at Patrick and Nam's place again and recommend it to any of our family and friends. Thank you Patrick and Nam for your hospitality!
