This three-bedroom, two-bathroom cosy and well- equipped lodge is situated on the edge of Hartland Forest holiday park, with spacious south and west facing decking overlooking countryside. Guests at our lodges have free use of the two fishing lakes on site which are plentifully stocked. Several lovely sandy beaches are close at hand on the beautiful North Devon and Cornwall coastline. Dogs with well behaved owners are welcome!

The space
76 Hartland Forest is on the edge of the site in a peaceful corner overlooking a wooded area. The decking faces mainly South and West and has a private outdoor seating area on the South side. A beautiful sunset can be enjoyed at the end of the day from both the lodge living area and the decking.

The lodge is well equipped with everything you should need for your holiday including Wi-Fi and a TV with streaming stick allowing you access to the usual entertainment apps such as iPlayer and Netflix ( using your own account).

The lodge Wi-Fi has recently been upgraded and gives a reliable 4G service most of the time.


Guests at our lodge have free and exclusive use of the two fishing lakes on site which are both plentifully stocked ; the top lake with Carp ( to 36lb ) , Rudd , Bream and Tench and the bottom lake with Carp and Rudd. The lakes are beautiful to enjoy and walk around even if you do not want to do any fishing!

Hartland Forest is a secluded, peaceful site. Several lovely beaches are close at hand for swimmers and surfers and the stunning coastline of North Devon and Cornwall is within easy reach- heaven for walkers!

Family attractions are also nearby such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way farm/ theme parks which has an adjacent Aqua park with Wakeboarding and inflatables. The Penstowe holiday village is also nearby with outdoor and indoor swimming pools.

Groceries are available from nearby Woolfardisworthy (just under 3 miles) or slightly further afield in the village of Kilkhampton (8 miles). There is a large supermarket on the way to Bideford- (around 10 miles away) in Atlantic Village. This is an outlet centre where you can bag a bargain from shops like from Denby Pottery, Mountain Warehouse and Nike.
