The space
There are so many places to be in this house. You can cook a meal and eat at the dining area or lounge around on the plush sofa's in the living room and watch TV. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio as the sun dips below the pacific or snuggle up next to the indoor gas fireplace and read a book. It will be hard to leave but at the same time the city calls! There is so much to do and see and it's all so easily accessible.

You are free to explore here, as there are an almost endless supply of restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking and/or biking distance. Any restaurant on Abbot Kinney Blvd. is worth trying.

Lovely spot to sit on the outer deck and watch the boats. Also, there is an area outside just for drinks around the fire. And then you can go down the stairs and take a walk along the marina.
