Our neighborhood was historically Polish and traces still exist through cheap delicious Polish food, Polish bakeries and some of the residents. It's been changing to a hip location over the past several years and now draws artists, musicians, and entrepreneurs making it an attractive place to explore. New shops and restaurants are rapidly popping up along our avenue and adjacent areas.
We're half a block from the G train Nassau Avenue stop, a 10-15 minute walk from the Bedford L train, and various buses stop outside our building that can take you all over Brooklyn and Queens. It's a 10 minute walk to the East River Ferry with stops in Midtown, DUMBO, Brooklyn Bridge and Long Island City.
Absolutely no smoking.
Sorry, no pets due to allergies.
Please no loud music or parties.
We've never had problems with guests and trust you will respect our neighbors. The pizzeria below us is run by the building owner and we're friends with the staff. Please show them kindness.

We spent a beautiful 10 days in New York. Rebecca's place was great and we had no problems with it. We felt very comfortable and it was very cosy. There were no problems with communication and we were very satisfied with everything she offered and prepared for us. She was also very helpful and explain us a lot of useful things before we came. We recommend this place to everyone.
Hi, we're a husband and wife living in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NY. He's an artist and digital photographer and she's a birth doula and personal trainer. We are originally from Texas as is obvious when perusing our spice collection and spent a few years in Madison, Wisconsin where we developed addictions to good cheese and microbrew beer. Eric spends most of his free time in the studio or at avant garde music concerts. Rebecca busies herself with school and volunteer work.
