About This Listing
The apartment is in a semi-central, residential and very quiet area in Milan. It is located very close to where every year the famous Milan Salone del Mobile - Fuorisalone / Design Week is held. It is also near the navigli (Milan's beautiful and lively canals) and the commercial area of Corso Vercelli / Magenta.
It has a spacious and very bright double bedroom (with king size bed), a big living room just as bright (bedroom and living room open onto a balcony), a kitchen overlooking the living room and equipped with windows, and a bathroom with shower and a window. In addition there is a lot of storage space and two large capacity cabinets/wardrobes.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with lift and porter. There is central heating and windows are made with thermal and acoustic insulation materials. The apartment is equipped with television (newer than the one in the pictures!), oven, microwave, washing machine, iron and hair-drier. There is no phone line but the apartment has a wifi internet connection. Bed linen, duvets, towels and bathrobes are provided.
The apartment is well connected to the center by metro and bus lines (bus (phone number hidden), the 1 red metro line (De Angeli or Wagner) and the 2 green metro line (Romolo), and all the shops you might need are in the vicinity. It is also close to a number of universities or mundane places in the city: il Teatro Nazionale (walking distance), la Fiera di Milano, IULM (Università di comunicazione e lingue), la NABA (Nuova Accademia delle Belle Arti di MIlano) and l'Università Bocconi. It is well connected by public transportation to the IEO- Istituto Oncologico Europeo and the Istituti Clinici Humanitas.
If you're traveling to Milan by car, you may want to think about renting out an indoor parking space for the car, that we can offer you alongside the apartment. Just let me know! Otherwise you will have to pay a daily ticket to park on the nearby streets.

Thanks and hope to see you soon!
We had a wonderful time at Cinzia's place, a bright and spacious apartment, where we stayed for four months. It really felt like home. Cinzia is most helpful and discrete as a host. The neighborhood provides everything you might need during your stay and is very well connected to the center of Milan. Not to miss her daughter's "17 Things to Know before You Go to Milan"!
My wife and I stayed here for 3 months while she was studying at University. Cinzia made sure we had everything we needed and was there to answer every question we had. The appartment was perfect and only 15min to City Centre by bus or tram. Supermarkets, cafes and bars all very close by. We had a fantastic time here and highly recommend staying here.
Cinzia is a great host, very friendly and helpful! The apartment is wonderful - great location, only 15 minutes by bus to the city center, and even less than Navigli area, and Cadorna train station. Many shopping opportunities, close to metro, bus, trams, lively area, many coffee bars and restaurants. I am extremely happy with my stay there and for sure will return. I highly recommend it!
Cinzia is an amazing host - very friendly, very kind and always extremely helpful. The apartment is really a cozy and wonderful place, with a great location - there are multiple buses that reach city center in 15 minutes, as well as a red metro line is 10 minutes away by walking distance. The apartment is highly recommendable for anyone who would like to be both close to city center and have not that stressful and crowded central location!
I stayed at the appartment from the end of January until the first week of march and it was awesome! The flat is in the fifth floor (with elevator) of a nice building with concierge! It is located next to a carrefour supermarket and there is the street Via Giorgio Washington like two minutes away by foot, where you can find shops, pharmacies and bigger supermarkets. From there you can also take the bus for 2 stations to the metro station Wagner (M1), which leads in 10 Minutes to the Duomo! But also the 90/91 Busses are stopping in front of the house, which you can take for Romolo (green Metro) or De Angeli (M1). On the street where 90/91 stops, there is also a Gym, some gas stations and a Lidl Supermarket. There are two parks nearby and it's a good place to have a run, since the neighbourhood is very nice and not loud in the evenings. I recommend you not to take your car with you, since you have to pay everywhere in Milan and there is like the half street reserved for residents and the half for non-residents. Both have to pay. When you enter the city Monday to Friday from 7 to 7 you have to pay 5 Euro (Area C) and the people there are not very interested in looking for their cars, so better let your car at home. Fortunately Cinzia and her Husband rented me a box nearby where I could park my car! The flat is very big, so you can also stay in total of three people, there is one bedroom and the bigger couch in the living room is fine to sleep as well. Everything was clean when I arrived and the kitchen also full equiped. I can really recommend this flat, since the neighbourhood is very nice, the connection to the city very good and the flat just perfect. Cinzia and her husband were very nice to my, explained me all the things I needed to know. When I come back to Milan, I am pretty sure about staying there again! :))
Tanti saluti, Alex
