Welcome to this fully-equipped and professionally-cleaned studio that is part of an attached two-unit property with its own private entrance. This family-oriented residential neighborhood is safe, quiet, and conveniently located near LAX, SoFi Stadium, beaches, and Palos Verdes’ hiking trails. This home also has free easy-to-find street-parking, and swift access to the 405 freeway to take you to Santa Monica, Downtown LA, or Orange County. Perfect for business travelers, tourists, and locals!

Guest access
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire studio. You may also access the side yard if needed to throw excess trash and recyclables away. However, please do not enter the backyard.

Other things to note
• Due to the time it takes our cleaners to clean/sanitize/prepare the space, we cannot allow an early check-in or a late check-out.

• Plenty of free street-parking. No permits required. No street-cleaning days to worry about :)

• Trash pick-up are on Thursdays (or Fridays following Holidays), which might cause very brief noise disturbances.

• In-unit washer/dryer ($5 fee only for one-night stays)

• Personal fireworks are illegal in the immediate neighborhood. However, a few neighbors still might shoot fireworks around the time of July 4th. Sorry for the potential noise disturbance.

• Ants have a tendency to search indoors during the summer months. Ant spray and traps will be provided as needed.
