It rises on 1050 m altitude on its own large private land and has a garden.
You can witness magnificent sunsets from the terrace and enjoy the outdoors. You’ll be surrounded by beauty inside and outside.
It is surrounded with olive, fig and fruit trees.
Bakeries, butcher, supermarket at a walking distance.
5 mn drive to “le Telegraphe" restaurant and Iris winery.

High ceilings and “open space " architecture with floor level direct access to outside terraces.
The house stays naturally fresh in summer and warm in winter yet it has a powerful heating system for winter nights.
The one level villa is embedded in nature, peaceful and somehow far from neighboring houses.
Acoustics is excellent and a Gaveau piano, drums and guitars are ready for musicians ! The house can easily accommodate events for up to 50 persons.

Visit what is left of the largest historic silk factory of mount Lebanon made the French Portalis family.
