This charming A frame is so cozy! The living room, dining space and kitchen greet you right as you walk in. The house has a wonderful layout for families, with bathrooms on the main level and the walk out basement, and two living areas. There are large decks off the front and back of the house, adirondacks and picnic table allow taking in the gorgeous view and listening to the seasonal creek very comfortable. Two parking spaces and snowmobiles can be parked right off the road.

The space
Conveniently located just a mile from the charming town of Grand Lake and all your recreational activities in RMNF, yet nice and private to come back to after an exhausting day. The cabin is very family friendly with great indoor and outdoor space for kids to safely play. The A-frame has classic t&g wooden walls and ceilings in the great room and upstairs bedroom that add to the cabin experience. Please note the sleeping arrangements below to ensure that the cabin is a good fit for your party.
