Tessa gave us a lovely welcome and the bedroom and bathroom were modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
The road is attractive and quiet and it was great being able to park our car on Tessa's "drive".
We were going to a function at the Cherwell Boathouse so it was very useful being able to walk back to Tessa's afterwards and collect our car the next day!
Breakfast in the conservatory was superb, delicious home made granola and full english breakfast freshly cooked.
A great weekend and the perfect place to stay.
Tessa was very friendly and welcoming, we really enjoyed staying with her. The room was very clean and quite. She cooked early breakfast and help us called the taxi. We felt very well looked after. I'd recommend this place to everyone!
Our stay exceeded our expectations. Nice and comfortable room and space bath room, but above all a great host. Tessa answered all our questions promptly before and during our stay. Tea was served on arrival with lovely home made cake. The area is brilliant and the local shops are at the top end of your local shops. (Starbucks, Costa, M&S food hall and a wide range of quality independent restaurants.)
There is limited on site parking, but within 100 meters is a local council car park.
Breakfast is freshly cooked and there are homemade preserves and cereals. We only our breakfast with the 2 other couples and we were all equally enthusiastic about Tessa's B&B and the location and we now understand why she is often fully booked.
We really enjoyed our stay at number 36. It felt like a real 'home from home', and Tessa made us very welcome. We particularly appreciated the cup of tea and home made banana bread on arrival, and I highly recommend the granola at breakfast :-)
A very pleasant room in an attractive home in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was tasty and Tessa was friendly and accommodating. She cooked an early breakfast for me so that I could eat before my early flight from Heathrow.
