This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Apartments Sand and Sea are located on top of Olo Alaia; a flagship surf & brew cafe in central Guiones. They are just a 5 min walk to Guiones beach and the Senderos nature trail, which puts you within walking distance to all Guiones has to offer.

The space
Our apartments are fully furnished and brand new construction. They are equipped with full kitchens and cooking utensils. They are very conveniently located in central Guiones. Very comfortable for a couple with a child or two people.

Guest access
The apartments have an outdoor shower, so it would be greatly appreciated to rinse the sand off your feet outside.

Other things to note
Our apartments are located above a busy cafe/surf shop and on the Main Street in Guiones. Noise levels can be hard to predict or control coming from the street below. This unit is not for individuals sensitive to potential street noise or lights. 🙏

Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community, and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients, and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the very few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area).

Internet and Electricity 
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There is no guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi, and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access is always crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card. Please note that the Homeowner nor the Property Manager has any control over these situations, and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. If there's any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager. 

Water 
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs. 

Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there, and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay. Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimise the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, and keep kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).

Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.

The area the apartments are located is fantastic. you can walk or bike to the beach or Yoga Institute in minutes. You have great restaurants and cafes all within the same area. The neighbourhood is very safe and secure we have 24 hours security.
