The space
On the 4th floor with elevator in a small private building (1 accommodation per floor), this 65 m² apartment is completely refurbished, warm and comfortable, we wanted under control heat, i.e. individual heating and reversible air conditioning. The entrance opens on the one hand to a large living room with a sofa that can be converted into a 2-seater bed (140/200), pretty furniture by designers from the 50s and 60s, a large dining table surrounded by its tonic-colored chairs and a string, a feat that today's designers mimic... If the heart tells you, a lovely desk will allow you to work (computer connection, fiber box, Wi-Fi, printer), it is topped by a TV (55" led 4K UHD Netflix), close to a library and games at your disposal. An ergonomic office chair, a 24" (60cms) monitor and an inkjet printer can be provided.
On the opposite, the cozy, soft bedroom, overlooking a large interior courtyard, ensures serene nights as well as the double glazing of the whole apartment and the electric shutters that will allow you to enjoy the darkness if you want to take a nap in your queen size bed (160 × 200) made of white linens before you arrive. You can store the contents of your suitcases in a large closet/dressing room.
For those who love to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances (Bosch – Gaggenau – Samsung – de Dietrich...) microwave, oven, 4 burner induction stove, range hood, dishwasher, washer dryer, large refrigerator freezer. Storage space for dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, toaster, electric fryer, plunge blender, grinder/slicer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, Dyson vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, dish towels, laundry products... This kitchen is extended by a small flowery balcony.
