Apartment Madrid is in medieval house in the center of Old Town next to the main street. It has been completely restored. The house is designers decorated and consists of 3 apartments. It is in flat part of Old Town with no steps to the house.

The space
Experience comfort of modern accommodation. Apartment consists of one bedroom with king size bed and built in warderobes. Ensuite bathroom has massage shower, wc,washing machine, heated towel racks, digital balance and hairdryer. In the living room there is big sofa bed for 2 persons and table with 4 chairs. Open kithchen is fully equipped and has: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas/electric cook and stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and much more. Apartment is fully airconditioned with 2 a/c units, all windows have mosquito nets and apartment is soundproof. There are 2 flat screen tv sets with more than 500 satelite programmes. Linenns are of high quality. There is choice of pillows including one with memory foam. apartment accommodates 4 persons.

The house is in quiet wide sunny street. There are two restaurants in the same street and 2-3 minutes walking distance a dozens of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks and post office. In my neighborhood there are many museums and art galleries. From the house you can reach the nearest beach in a few minutes, bus stop, local habour and go to the islands.
