  • We had a wonderful stay at Elodie and Dan's place! They were both very nice and easy to get in touch with and flexible for check in and check out times.

The apartment is located in a nice and quite part of town in a beautiful building. The apartment itself is very nice, the perfect size for 2 people.

The metro station is pretty close allowing for easy trips into the city and we also were able to take the 20 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe.

We would recommend trying the Michelin star restaurant just across the road, La Fourchette du Printemps. We had an amazing dinner there!

Overall a wonderful time! We highly recommend staying at Elodie and Dam's place.

  • We had a great time in Elodie's and apartment. Both Elodie and Dan and were very helpful with letting us in, directions and also setting up the phone for us! Internet worked well without a miss!

The flat is wonderful and has the most comfortable bed!

The location is just great, there is a wonderful resturant across the road with helpful staff, there are many local bistro's close by all of them fantastic and we speak no French and I cannot tell you how helpful everyone was to us! The Perier metro station is surrounded by eating and drinking establishments! The seafood resturant is a must, with it's outside oyster bar! There was really no need to go into the centre or other areas, but we did and also found many interesting places!

Thank you we really enjoyed our stay in your apartment in Paris!

  • I had the pleasure of spending 6 nights, with my husband and baby, at Elodie and Dan’s place. Their apartment is just gorgeous, very spacious for the 3 of us, and extremely well decorated. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable, quiet and has everything you could need. The apartment is also very well located, near the Place Pereire, in the beautiful 17th arrondissement.
Elodie and Dan are the perfect hosts. They made us feel immediately at home. They had absolutely no problem with us staying with our baby, which was great. They were very communicative and provided us with all the info we needed. Once we arrived, they had prepared a welcome basket for us, with wonderful treats and even baby food for our son !!! we really appreciated.
In short, can’t wait to go back, we'd book their apartment again in a second!

  • Lovely apartment. Elodie and Dan were waiting for us and were friendly and helpful. The apartment was well stocked, lovely and clean, in a nice area and reasonably easy to explore Paris from. The only downfall was that it looked straight onto another apartment that was being renovated so we had workmen basically right outside our window the whole week. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Thank you.

  • We have had very great time in this truly charming parisian apartment with artistic atmosphere. This is a terrific place to stay, especially for those who want to try to have the experience of Paris citizens. The district is not a touristic place but at the same time is close to Parisian attractions. The building has been built in the begining of the XX or even older. The entrance is with big mirror on the wall and mosaic floor. There's also antique elevator, although no need to use it - apartment is on the second floor. The street is very calm and quiet. Famous park Monceau 5-10 minutes walking distance ( can do jogging, yoga, even strolling in the park is a real pleasure). For those who are not afraid of or loves walking "Arc de Triomphe" is very close -15 minutes of walking. For those who do not like walking metro stations are just in 1 minute away. There are magnificent bakeries around as well as small grocery stores. Can afford all this tasty desserts - the exploration of the Paris and particular of the 17th district will allow you to pamper yourself. The kitchen is tiny, but so well planned and convenient and has everything one could want - fridge, toaster, electric kettle, modern stove, etc (everything is new). The Internet worked without a fall. Everything was impeccably clean. The hosts ( a young couple) were so nice and prepared everything for our comfortable stay - the towels, bed linens, even something to have a quick snack. They helped us to reserve a taxi the day we left.

  • The apartment at 6 Boulevard Pereire, Paris France was super clean. It was compact, but had everything 3 people needed for a comfortable stay.

Elodie left several welcoming treats for us and a cell phone number which gave us a dependable way to communicate with her. When we needed some help with some transportation questions, she did not hesitate to help us out. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk from the Pont Cardinet train station which links with the Gare St Lazare Metro and all of Paris. The only drawback was noise from the neighbors, which was bothersome for 3 nights, but for the most part it was quiet.

It was a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. We all would recommend Elodie’s home to future Paris travelers.

  • Fantastic!

Elodie and Daniel were the hosts that one hopes for. They left a detailed guide of their neighborhood with maps and TV instructions. They gave a personal tour of the apartment with instructions for all of the appliances. It was like staying at a good friend's place. They even made a welcome basket for us, with english muffins and jam and wine! Also, they said we were free to call them if we had any questions, which was easy to do as the apartment comes with a phone that you can make free international calls on!

The pictures are a very accurate representation. The apartment is on the first floor (or second, for us Americans). There is a lift. It has 10 foot high crown molded ceilings. Very prettty wood floors. A handy (if tight) kitchen, a separate shower and toilet. In fact the shower room is large enough to put a small mattress down in, which we did for our 10 year old.

I can't think of anything that we wanted that the apartment did not have.

It is about 200 yards to a grocery store. About the same to a wonderful boulangerie. We absolutely loved the neighborhood restaurant Le P'tit Canon (Get the duck!!!) And there is a Michelin starred restaurant just across the street: La Fourchette du Printemps, though we can't vouch for it, as we couldn't get reservations. About half a mile to the closest metro stop.

    Highly recommended!

  • My friends and I stayed in Elodie's apartment for 8 days. The hosts (Elodie and her husband) are great people. They made us feel very welcomed. They were easily reached and provided us with important information and advice of what to see in Paris. They even called the taxi when it was time for us to leave. The apartment was in an excellent condition. It was clean, warm and comfortable. It was located in a beautiful and save neighbourhood. We would definitly recommend it for other tourists. Dear Elodie and Dan, thank's a lot! Best wishes, Irina.

  • Elodie's apartment is beautiful and I had a very comfortable stay. The key things you want in a rental flat are all here - a very comfortable bed, a strong hot shower, a good, quiet location and a great living environment in which to relax. Elodie was helpful & charming and the guide to the area she put together made finding local shops and restaurants particularly easy.

  • I was traveling with colleagues to Paris for a photo shoot and this gem of an apartment created the perfect accommodations for us! The apartment was spotless and beautifully appointment. Elodie and Dan greeted us when we arrived and provided a tour of the apartment. They left us maps and the locations of the nearest metro and bus stations as well as local restaurants, bakeries etc. They also provided us a lovely bottle of Bordeaux and some delicious treats to nibble on. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. The closest metro is a 10 minute walk, so keep that in mind when booking. I will definitely rent this apartment again and highly recommend it for 2-3 guests!
