About this listing
Very nice, new and comfortable Wi-Fi and internet apartment in the heart of downtown. Next to Santa Lucia hill, the apartment is located on Lastarria, a beautiful and bohemian street in one of the oldest neighborhood in the city. There are a lot of nice restaurants around and Gabriel Mistal Cultural Center is across the street.
Bellas Artes, the biggest Chilean museum and Parque Forestal, are a few blocks distance.
The apartment is very clean has a lot of light and is just renovated with brand new furniture. The bulding has a 24 hours doorman and a swimming pool on the roof. Public transportation is around the corner including Subway and bus.
On a clear day, fresh after winter showers, Santiago basks in one of the most spectacular settings of any city in the world. A glance through the downtown blocks reveals a mighty circle of mountains - the snowcapped Andean peaks to the east, and a smaller coastal range to the west - that frames the Chilean capital.
A clear day, however, is rare in this smog-blighted metropolis. In art class, Santiago school-kids draw their horizons a murky gray and, although the air has cleared somewhat in recent years, pollution and noise are likely to cloud your first impressions, especially in winter.
No hay muchas normas, excepto dejar limpio y no fumar dentro del departamento.
