Fully restored Art Deco house in the historic Santurce neighborhood that boasts original creole tiles & geometric, stylized ornaments typical of its era. This short-term rental home mixes modern sensibilities to create a more streamlined, clean look. Look down to the bamboo garden from the roomy terrace while reclining in the hammock and dining alfresco. Built in the 40s, this upscale home features big walk-in rain showers, a hot tub, mid-century modern furniture, plus 2 terraces & 3 balconies.

The space
This home is extremely spacious, designed mostly with mid-century modern furniture. There are many little corners for you to withdraw and relax. All bedrooms have A/C. The primary bedroom features a king bed, hammock, a wrap-around terrace, large flat-screen ROKU tv, a walk-in closet, and an enormous en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower that will take your breath away. The other two bedrooms share one spacious bathroom with custom designed rainshower. Wifi is excellent all around the house. Our oversized private backyard is overlooking a spacious bamboo garden and is furnished with a dining set, lounge chairs, and a hammock. We have off and on-street parking, all free of charge.

The property is equipped with a backup water cistern and generator to help provide additional support in the event of water or power outages.
